Accessing and Using the App​

1. Turn on your LTE 4G. The app can be used without any data.

2. Open the App by double-clicking on it.

3. Enter your Username - Your Username is your mobile number. If your number is 730000. You enter 690730000.

4. Enter your password. Your password is the password given to you when you get a new SIM card, OR, your new password if you have changed it. If you have forgotten your password, please reach out to us - You can save your password in your mobile if you like.

5. Once you've logged in. ​​You will see your account details including the:

   • Wallet Balance or your Credit amount. 

   • Expiry Date - data expiry date

   • Usage Allowance - to check your data balance

   • Buy Bundles - to buy data bundles

   • Transfer Credit - to transfer credit from your wallet balance to another mobile number.

   • Quick Refill - to topup your credit and wallet balance.
