TELETOK adopts a horizontal organization structure with two principal departments at this stage
i.e. (i) finance and administration and (ii) engineering.

As TELETOK expands its services portfolio, re-engineering of the current structure is considered at management level to eliminate gaps across departments especially at the engineering department.
